Meet Your Personal Trainer
Nige Phillips
I have had a passion for fitness since turning mid-fifty and have since completed the London Marathon, the London-Essex 100 (bike ride) and the 2 mile Serpentine swim. From this experience I was inspired to find a further drive to qualify with a L3 Diploma in Personal Training and a L2 in Gym Instructing - from which I have found a new passion as a qualified fitness professional.
From my own personal experiences, I believe I can also bring a uniqueness to my sessions in identifying with the senior and older adult population who want, or need, to achieve fitness goals and acheivements in their later life. On my journey I have learnt that fitness isn't just obtained in the fitness arena, but also within our personal lifestyles - this is another area I can identify with, having changed my lifestyle over the past few years.
I believe being fit and healthy is more than just about regular exercise, it's your lifestyle too, and a good combination of both is the key to a healthier future...
